Import tables in Word document into DOORS as RTF tables instead of DOORS tables

Does anyone know how to have Word documents with embedded tables import those tables to DOORS as RTF tables and not DOORS tables?

If not, does anyone have any experience using DXL to convert DOORS tables to RTF tables?

This is in preparation for a migration to DNG.

The easiest solution would probably be to convert the tables in word to ole objects before the import and then use a dxl script afterwards that converts the ole tables to rtf tables.

Importing them directly as RTF table would require you to write your own importer and converting doors tables to RTF tables would require you to figure out how they are formed and account for any edge cases.
